Shipping policy

Unless otherwise stated, we ship within 3-5 business days. Our processing times are generally much faster but 3-5 days, not including weekends is the longest we would take to complete your order. If that changed or we need more time to get your order ready, we will reach out to you right away.

We use a variety of shipping services including, but not limited to, USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL and Private Carrier.

We may make use of local delivery services if you are local to us. We do not offer pickup of any kind.

Which shipping service we use is determined by the service you select at checkout. If "Flat Rate" is selected, we will ship using the best method based on the size and/or type of order.

PLEASE NOTE: FedEx must have a an actual street address. They cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
