Every. Moment. Matters.

Thank you for taking the time to visit!

You may notice there are missing sections that used to be here. I apologize for that.

I am in the process of updating the shop with all the new products I've created recently. If you've placed an order recently and haven't yet gotten the shipping notification, you can still track your order and see updates on it. I am currently not offering personalized items in this shop and will be setting up another website to only feature items that can be personalized. In the meantime, you can still find my beautiful personalized seed packets, gift tags and everything else in my Etsy store.

See you soon, Yes?

My Mission, My Purpose, My Inspiration

Tasteful Artisan LLC was originally founded on the principle that Every Moment Matters. All life's moments, birth to passing, should be celebrated and cherished.

On August 10th 2019 I unexpectedly lost my amazing youngest son breaking my heart forever. Even though I had been in the business of Memorial Service favors for many years, I never dreamed I would have to use my own services.

This loss, along with the sudden loss of my father in 1997, further emphasized the need for kindness, compassion, empathy and respect not only in the sad times but also in the happy times.

I hope to show you that no matter what product you purchase I will treat you with the same care, dignity and respect that I did for my own son.

You matter to me.

Maria Katherine, That's Me!

I enjoy cycling, trail running, rock climbing and exploring the unknown places that most overlook. If it's fun, adventurous and slightly dangerous, I am all over it!

Out in the real world, I spend time looking for what can't be seen at first glance. A partially hidden cave or that scary looking tunnel...all places I am more than happy to explore. I mock in the face of Do Not Enter signs and boldly step over any barrier blocker. The more dangerous, the more fun.

I've found hidden tunnels that go under the freeway, hidden oasis in the middle of the desert, a cave leading down into a mine shaft and once found an actual hummingbird sanctuary! I didn't see any hummingbirds and the tree was a metal sculpture but there was a free flowing pond and it was hidden from view save for a small sign. It was very peaceful and serene in there while being in the middle of a huge subdivision. I can't seem to find it again but I'll never stop looking!

I am voted most likely to get lost on an adventure without a solid GPS backup.
